주입식 모르타르 FIS V, FIS VS LOW SPEED, FIS VW HIGH SPEED

피셔 고성능 모르타르 FIS V는 가장 높은 요구 사항을 충족시키는 범용 제품입니다. 스티렌이 없는 비닐 에스테르 하이브리드 모르타르는 균열 및 비균열 콘크리트 및 석조물에 고정하도록 승인되었습니다. 그리고 주입식 몰탈은 철근 연결을 위한 승인된 시스템, 피셔 벽체 보강 타이 VBS 8, 피셔 FWS II 및 스탠드 오프 설치 시스템 TherMax와 함께 사용도 가능합니다. 변형 FIS VS LOW SPEED는 더 높은 처리 온도 또는 더 큰 드릴 구멍 깊이에서 경화 시간을 연장 할 수 있습니다. 변형 FIS VW HIGH SPEED의 경화 시간이 짧으면서도 저온에서도 신속한 작업 진행이 가능합니다.

기능

FIS V는 비닐 에스테르 혼성 개념을 기반으로하는 2액형 주입식 몰탈입니다.
수지 및 경화제는 두 개의 별도 챔버에 저장되며 혼합 믹서를 통한 압출까지는 혼합 및 활성화되지 않습니다.
몰탈은 드릴 홀 바닥베이스까지 기포없이 주입되며.
몰탈은 앵커 로드의 전체 표면을 드릴 구멍 벽과 결합시키고 드릴 구멍을 밀봉합니다.
주입 카트리지는 피셔 디스펜서와 함께 빠르고 사용하기 쉽게합니다.
혼합 믹서를 교체하면 부분적으로 사용한 카트리지를 재사용 할 수 있습니다.
